Administrative Assistant
to join our Chilliwack Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram team. If you're organized, proactive, and motivated to keep operations flowing seamlessly, this could be the opportunity you've been waiting for.
The Drive Ahead (Role Duties)

Support accounts receivable processing, including collections, reconciliation, and daily bank deposits
Follow up with suppliers and provide accurate documentation to maintain strong vendor relationships
Assist with journal entries, month-end preparation, and fiscal year-end support for auditors
Maintain organized filing systems, manage petty cash, and handle overflow phone calls
Contribute to additional administrative tasks and special projects as needed
Performance Essentials (Qualifications)

High school diploma (post-secondary in business or accounting is an asset)
1-2 years of accounting or administrative experience preferred
Strong communication skills with the ability to maintain professionalism and confidentiality
Proficient computer skills and comfort working in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
Full-time availability -- typically Monday to Friday (approx. 40 hours/week)
