We are looking for a dynamic, reliable, professional Administrative Assistant to support our operations. You will be efficient, friendly and ready to assist all departments.
You will be responsible for:
Answering phones
Managing Visitor/Contractor Software
Couriers
Office Supplies
Supporting the accounting function by ensuring all invoices, expense reports are submitted and all invoices and packing slips are matched.
Updating spreadsheets and files for OEM Account Managers
Updating formal quotes
Maintaining the sales portal
Creating and updating spreadsheets and documentation for production.
You will have excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office 365, excellent verbal and written communication skills and at least one year of experience as a receptionist with accounts payable/receivable experience. A college certificate or business diploma is preferred.
