WHO WE ARE

BVT Truck & Trailer Repair, a division of Steve's Livestock Transport, is a diverse mechanic shop specializing in repairs and maintenance for all types of trucks and trailers as well as custom aluminum fabrication. We have now grown into three locations to serve our customers in Blumenort and Brandon, MB as well as Red Deer, AB.

We are currently looking for an experienced

Administrative & Account Payable Coordinator (term)

to join our team at our

Blumenort

location

Monday-Friday 8:00am-5:00pm

YOUR ROLE

Greet & assist visitors, answer calls, and maintain a professional front office Manage accounts payable processes including invoice matching, vendor communication, and credit card reconciliation Support technicians, time & attendance, and inventory control Process vendor repair orders and assist other locations as needed

YOUR SKILLS & EXPERIENCE

Previous administrative experience (required) Accounts payable experience (asset) Strong communication and customer service skills Detail-oriented and organized Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, computers, and internet Experience with TMT Software an asset Preference will be given to candidates with a trucking background
