About the Role


We're looking for a friendly and organized

Receptionist / Administrative Assistant

to join our orthotic and medical equipment supply office. This full-time, entry-level role helps keep our front desk running smoothly and ensures clients and colleagues feel welcome and supported.

Schedule:



Every

Saturday (8 hrs)

3-4 weekday shifts

(6-8 hours each) Extra hours may be available based on business need

Responsibilities



Greet and assist clients with professionalism and a friendly attitude Answer and route phone calls promptly and courteously Schedule and coordinate client appointments using the office calendar system Process payments and handle basic administrative transactions Support both clients and team members with day-to-day requests and inquiries Review and update client files to ensure all documentation is complete and accurate Perform data entry and maintain clear, organized electronic records Ensure clients receive their medical items or equipment once services are complete Monitor and respond to emails, coordinating follow-ups as needed Track and communicate updates on client issues or service tickets Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming front desk and waiting area

Requirements



Previous office or administrative experience preferred (but not required) Strong customer service and communication skills Comfortable using multi-line phone systems, office equipment, and learning new software Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and file management Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment Dependable, professional, and eager to contribute to a positive workplace
