Ce que vous ferez :



Offrir un soutien administratif direct au president dans ses activites quotidiennes, y compris la gestion de documents confidentiels. Gerer les communications : tri et reponse aux courriels, appels telephoniques, et organisation de l'agenda. Participer aux reunions internes pour prendre des notes, rediger des resumes, et assurer le suivi des taches assignees. Preparer, corriger et organiser des documents administratifs et formulaires. Collaborer a la coordination de petits projets et preter main-forte a certaines taches liees a la gestion des cliniques. Organiser et tenir a jour les fichiers et archives. Assurer la communication avec les equipes internes et les responsables de cliniques.

Profil recherche :



Diplome universitaire dans un domaine pertinent. Experience prealable dans un role de soutien administratif ou d'adjoint(e) personnel(le) est un plus. Atout : Connaissances de base en droit. Excellente maitrise du francais et de l'anglais, autant a l'oral qu'a l'ecrit. A l'aise avec Microsoft Office; experience avec un logiciel de gestion de clinique (tel que Clinic Master) est un avantage. Aptitudes solides en organisation, communication et gestion du temps. Discretion, autonomie et esprit d'initiative. Disponibilite immediate souhaitee. Code vestimentaire : professionnel decontracte.

Conditions de travail :



Poste permanent a temps plein (du lundi au vendredi). Salaire horaire : 20 $. Your Role:


We're looking for a proactive and organized Executive Assistant to support our President with day-to-day tasks. You'll be handling sensitive information, coordinating communications, and helping keep operations running smoothly across our clinics.

What You'll Be Doing:



Act as the right hand to the President, providing administrative support with a focus on confidentiality and efficiency. Manage incoming calls, emails, and calendars to keep things on track. Join meetings to take minutes, summarize key points, and follow up on deliverables. Draft, edit, and file internal documents and forms. Assist in executing small-scale projects and lend support with clinic management activities. Keep files and records well organized and accessible. Communicate with clinic managers and staff to ensure smooth internal operations.

What You Bring:



A bachelor's degree in a relevant field. Experience as an executive, personal, or administrative assistant is a strong asset. Familiarity with legal documents or concepts is a bonus. Fully bilingual in English and French, both written and spoken. Solid computer skills, especially in Microsoft Office; knowledge of clinic software (e.g., Clinic Master) is an advantage. Strong organization, communication, and time management skills. High level of discretion, independence, and initiative. Ready to jump in and start right away. Comfortable in a business casual work environment.

Key Responsibilities:



Provide direct administrative support to the President, working closely on daily priorities and confidential matters. Manage emails, phone calls, and calendars. Assist in meetings: take notes, prepare brief documents, and follow up on action items. Prepare, review, and file forms and documents. Support small projects and assist with managerial tasks at the clinic level. Maintain and organize documentation and records. Liaise internally with clinic managers and staff as needed.

Qualifications:



Bachelor's degree in a related field required.

Experience as a personal assistant or administrative assistant preferred. Legal knowledge is an asset.

Fluent in English and French, both written and spoken.

Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and experience with clinic management software (e.g., Clinic Master) is an asset. Excellent organizational, communication, and time management skills. Discretion, autonomy, and proactive attitude.

Must be available to start immediately.

Business casual attire.

Compensation & Benefits:
