Job Overview:

Eclectic Small Downtown office requires a friendly, competent applicant who can assist the management in communication, organization and monthly and yearly bookkeeping.

Responsibilities:

- Perform account reconciliations and maintain general ledgers

- Knowledge or trainable in year-end files
- Utilize accounting software such as QuickBooks, and Sage to record transactions
- Using Excel to record construction expenses
- Order office supplies and perform miscellaneous office duties

Skills:

- Good organizational skills
- Experience with accounting software like QuickBooks and Sage
- Has good attention to detail
- Good knowledge of monthly and yearly bookkeeping

Pay: $27.00-$30.00 per hour
