Job Overview


We are seeking a highly organized

Administrative Officer

with excellent communication skills to support our company's daily operations. The ideal candidate must be able to converse with customers on the phone and in person. Experience in office management and bookkeeping would be an asset. This role involves coordinating various administrative tasks and managing work flow. Proficiency in verbal and written English is a must. The successful candidate will demonstrate excellent management abilities, proficiency in Quickbooks and Microsoft Office Suite. Social Media knowledge would be helpful.

Duties



Oversee daily administrative operations, including filing, record management, invoicing, AP and AR Prepare, edit and update company literature Manage correspondence via Microsoft Outlook, ensuring timely responses and effective communication with customers Prepare quotes for logistics/shipping Improve digital filing systems to ensure easy retrieval of documents and schedule regular backups Support project management activities by tracking progress, deadlines, and deliveries Provide exceptional customer service Self-starter to improve existing existing work-flow systems Ensure compliance with records management policies and confidentiality standards

Qualifications



Proven experience in administrative roles with strong organizational skills Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English The ability to manage multiple priorities effectively Exceptional time management skills with the ability to work independently Knowledge of computer systems including Windows operating systems and other relevant software applications would be an asset Previous experience in office administration or project coordination is preferred

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $22.23-$27.99 per hour

Expected hours: 24 - 40 per week
