Qualifications:
Minimum 5+ years of experience managing finance, HR, and administration.
Supply chain, logistics background preferred.
College/University education.
Strong attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and ability to multi tasks.
Able to operate effective in a fast-paced environment.
Experience with Microsoft Office & excel (pivot tables & VLOOKUPS)
QuickBooks software a requirement, experience with R4 software an asset
Essential Functions:
Key responsibilities will be financial functions, human resources as well as assistance to General Manager
Overseeing accounting, banking, monitoring financial data, and recommending solutions to improve profitability
Familiar with QuickBooks/R4 for all accounting tasks, WSIB reporting and remitting, payroll processing and deductions, HST, and tax installments
Responsible for invoicing (daily, weekly, monthly) and all related AP/AR tasks (200-250 invoices a month)
Assist General Manager and executive team on HR and personnel requirement
Responsible for auditing expenses including contracted labour
200-250 a month invoices
Daily duty breakdown:
Human Resources-10%
Administrative duties-40%
Accounting- 50%
Picking up the phones- low volume
Sending reports (system generated reports), or excel
Assist with communication to clients
