Cliffs Edge Retreat is seeking a highly organized and customer-focused individual with bookkeeping experience to join our team as an Administration & Customer Service Representative . This role combines office administration, booking management, and guest services , ensuring smooth operations and an outstanding guest experience.
Responsibilities:
• Manage bookings and reservations accurately and efficiently.
• Respond to guest inquiries via phone, email, and online platforms.
• Handle payroll, invoicing, and general bookkeeping tasks using QuickBooks .
• Maintain accurate financial records and filing systems .
• Assist with guest check-ins and special requests .
• Collaborate with the team to ensure a seamless guest experience .
• Perform other administrative and customer service tasks as needed.
Qualifications:
• Prior bookkeeping experience is required .
• Proficiency in QuickBooks and general accounting practices.
• Previous experience in administration, hospitality, or customer service .
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills .
• Proficiency in Google Suite (Docs, Sheets, Gmail, Calendar, Drive) and booking software (or willingness to learn).
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills .
• Ability to work independently and in a team setting .
• A friendly, professional demeanor with a passion for guest satisfaction.

Pay: $18.00-$25.00 per hour
Expected hours: No more than 40 per week
