Job Description

What you'll do:



Perform general accounting activities. This includes preparation of journal entries, data entry, accounts payable, accounts receivable, and preparation of member monthly statements and other duties as assigned. An understanding of policies and procedures and provides input into accounting processes.



Responsibilities:



Day to day operations of the front end customer facing aspects of the business providing outstanding customer service. Prepares and reviews daily entries in relation to member accounts. Prepares monthly charges for rent. Sends communications to members relating to their accounts. Review/audit location cash-up reports, correct errors, and file. Support the mail out of monthly statements. Other duties as assigned.

Who you are:



You are looking for a career in office administration and have:


Be able to work in a collaborative, fast paced, team environment. Hands-on experience with full cycle administration in terms of participation in month-end and year-end accounting activities. Exceptional interpersonal skills, with strong communication skills (verbal and written). Intermediate skills in Microsoft Office programs. Strong organization and problem-solving skills.
