Our mission and purpose is to provide affordable products and services that relieve the small-to-medium sized business owner or manager the headaches of the financial aspects of their business. The types of projects we typically perform for clients include tax return preparation and planning, outsourced controller services, bookkeeping and payroll, and consulting for QuickBooks\xc2\xae, and special projects. Our tax return preparation services comprise a variety of clients, including individuals corporations, partnerships, nonprofits, estates, and trusts.

We are recruiting a Full Time Administration Assistant, the ideal candidate will have experience in an office administrative position, be self-motivated and hard working. You will provide support to office based and operational managers with day to day general administration duties.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide general administration support
Reception cover when required
Updating client information
Updating and using Company electronic monitoring systems
Provide administration support to the Training Manager
Provide administration support to the HR Manager
A good working knowledge of Microsoft Office packages including Outlook, Word and Excel is required
Previous experience in a similar role is preferred but not essential

Essential:

Solid experience with Excel, Google Docs, and Microsoft 365
Excellent telephone manner
Good typing and keyboard skills
Capable of prioritising work
Ability to multitask and work in a busy environment
Strong organisational skills with good attention to detail
Excellent communication skills
Proactive individual with the ability to work well as part of a team
Ability to handle sensitive information confidentially
