Position Overview



We are seeking a dedicated Administration and Call Coordinator to serve as the primary communication link between our company and dental clinic clients. This role combines administrative excellence with exceptional customer service to ensure seamless client experiences.

Key Responsibilities



Client Communication:



Handle incoming calls from dental clinics requesting equipment repair services Conduct proactive outreach calls for client follow-ups, service progress updates, and repair completion notifications Serve as the first point of contact for client inquiries and concerns

Administrative Support:



Maintain accurate records of client interactions and service requests Coordinate with technical teams to track repair progress and timelines Process service requests and ensure proper documentation

Customer Experience:



Deliver outstanding customer service with a focus on problem resolution Work collaboratively with internal departments to address client needs Contribute to continuous improvement of customer satisfaction initiatives

Qualifications



Essential Skills:



Outstanding verbal and written communication abilities Strong interpersonal skills with a customer-focused approach Proven ability to thrive in high-volume, fast-paced environments Excellent multitasking capabilities for managing simultaneous calls and tasks Superior problem-solving and conflict resolution expertise Technical proficiency with customer relationship management (CRM) systems and communication software

Preferred Experience:



Previous experience in customer service or call center environments Familiarity with dental or medical equipment industry (an asset) Administrative or coordination experience
