Relevant du Chef, services d\'infrastructure, op\xc3\xa9rations & livraison, votre r\xc3\xb4le principal en tant qu\'Administrateur principal, services d\'infrastructure sera d\'effectuer l\'administration du syst\xc3\xa8me de niveau sup\xc3\xa9rieur, y compris le support de niveau 3, la gestion des probl\xc3\xa8mes, la gestion proactive, la mise en \xc5\x93uvre de solutions et plus. \xc3\x80 ce titre, votre principal savoir-faire porte sur le stockage et la sauvegarde de donn\xc3\xa9es, mais vous devez aussi avoir une connaissance approfondie de VMware, du mat\xc3\xa9riel des serveurs et de Hyper Converged.

Principales responsabilit\xc3\xa9s :

• Administrer et optimiser les syst\xc3\xa8mes de sauvegarde et stockage de l\'infrastructure ;
• Contribuer \xc3\xa0 l\'administration et \xc3\xa0 l\'optimisation de VMware et du mat\xc3\xa9riel des serveurs ;
• Contribuer \xc3\xa0 l\'administration et \xc3\xa0 l\'optimisation de la structure Hyper Converged ;
• R\xc3\xa9aliser les analyses de capacit\xc3\xa9 et les tendances des environnements des syst\xc3\xa8mes d\'infrastructure de base ;
• Cr\xc3\xa9er et maintenir la documentation et les proc\xc3\xa9dures ;
• Mettre en place des processus et automatismes afin d\'augmenter l\'efficacit\xc3\xa9 de l\'environnement ;
• Participer \xc3\xa0 la mise en \xc5\x93uvre et l\'ex\xc3\xa9cution des projets; peut aussi \xc3\xaatre n\xc3\xa9cessaire de mener des initiatives internes ou des projets li\xc3\xa9s aux services d\'infrastructure de base ;
• Participer activement \xc3\xa0 la gestion du changement et des probl\xc3\xa8mes ;
• Maintenir \xc3\xa0 jour les indicateurs de performance ;
• Am\xc3\xa9liorer la disponibilit\xc3\xa9 et la continuit\xc3\xa9 de l\'environnement.

Comp\xc3\xa9tences cl\xc3\xa9s :

• Vous avez d\'excellentes aptitudes \xc3\xa0 la r\xc3\xa9solution de probl\xc3\xa8mes et \xc3\xa0 l\'analyse et connaissez les outils d\'analyse ;
• Vous avez un sentiment d\'urgence, le souci du d\xc3\xa9tail et une bonne compr\xc3\xa9hension du r\xc3\xb4le des TI dans l\'entreprise ;
• Vous avez de solides aptitudes au travail d\'\xc3\xa9quipe et savez faire preuve de responsabilit\xc3\xa9 et de leadership ;
• Vous \xc3\xaates capable de cr\xc3\xa9er et de d\xc3\xa9finir des mesures qui refl\xc3\xa8tent exactement l\'\xc3\xa9tat actuel de l\'infrastructure.

Exp\xc3\xa9rience professionnelle et qualifications :

• Vous \xc3\xaates titulaire d\'un dipl\xc3\xb4me d\'\xc3\xa9tudes coll\xc3\xa9giales ou universitaires en informatique ;
• Vous avez un minimum de 7 ann\xc3\xa9es d\'exp\xc3\xa9rience en administration de syst\xc3\xa8mes de sauvegarde et stockage dans un environnement majeur ;
• Vous connaissez \xc3\xa0 fond la technologie VMware, Hyper Converged ainsi que Blade Infrastructure ;
• Vous avez de l\'exp\xc3\xa9rience en technologies SAN et NAS (HP & Dell/EMC) et en solutions de sauvegarde (Commvault, Netbackup, Data Domain);
• Vous avez une connaissance g\xc3\xa9n\xc3\xa9rale du mat\xc3\xa9riel des serveurs et de l\'administration d\'un centre de donn\xc3\xa9es ;
• De l\'exp\xc3\xa9rience relative aux grandes plateformes infonuagiques, comme AWS et Azure, serait un atout ;
• Vous avez une connaissance g\xc3\xa9n\xc3\xa9rale des aspects de la sensibilisation \xc3\xa0 la cybers\xc3\xa9curit\xc3\xa9 et connaissez la BITI (biblioth\xc3\xa8que d\'infrastructure des technologies de l\'information) ;
• Vous avez une connaissance \xc3\xa9l\xc3\xa9mentaire du r\xc3\xa9tablissement apr\xc3\xa8s catastrophe ;
• Vous poss\xc3\xa9dez d\'excellentes aptitudes de communication et ma\xc3\xaetrisez le fran\xc3\xa7ais et l\'anglais* (tant \xc3\xa0 l\'oral qu\'\xc3\xa0 l\'\xc3\xa9crit) ; (*Cette exigence est requise puisque dans le cadre de cette fonction, vous aurez \xc3\xa0 intervenir aupr\xc3\xa8s des clients, partenaires et/ou nos filiales am\xc3\xa9ricaines sur une base r\xc3\xa9currente tant \xc3\xa0 l\'oral qu\'\xc3\xa0 l\'\xc3\xa9crit.)

• Ce poste requiert une disponibilit\xc3\xa9 en dehors des heures r\xc3\xa9guli\xc3\xa8res de travail (rotation pagette7/24).

Position title: Sr. Administrator, Core Infrastructure Services

Location: Montreal (hybrid)

Reports to: Manager, Infrastructure Operations & Delivery

Reporting to the Manager, Infrastructure Operations & Delivery, your role as Sr. Administrator, Core Infrastructure Services will consist of performing senior level system administration including level 3 support, problem management, proactive management, solutions implementation and more. As a Core Infrastructure Sr. Administrator, your main expertise will be Storage and Backup, but you will need strong knowledge of VMware, Server & Hyper Converged hardware.

Job Responsibilities/Accountabilities:

• Administer and optimize the Backup and Storage systems as well as their infrastructure;
• Contribute to VMware and server hardware technologies administration and optimization;
• Contribute to the Hyper Converged Server hardware administration and optimization;
• Perform an analysis of the health, capacity planning as well as the tendencies of the Core Infrastructure environments;
• Create and maintain proper documentation and procedures;
• Put together processes and automation in order to increase the efficiency of the environment;
• Participate in projects implementation and delivery; may also be required to lead some internal initiatives or projects related to Core Infrastructure services;
• Actively participate in the management of changes and problems;
• Maintain updated performance indicators;
• Improve the availability and the continuity of the environment.

Professional Experience/Qualifications:

• You hold a College or university degree in information technology;
• You have a minimum of 7 years of experience in administration of backup & storage systems in a major environment;
• You have very good knowledge of VMware, Hyper Converged (VSAN) & Blade infrastructure;
• You are an expert in SAN & NAS technologies (HP & Dell/EMC) and in Backup solutions (Commvault, Netbackup, Data Domain);
• You have general server hardware knowledge and of Data Center administration;
• Knowledge and experience with major cloud platforms, such as AWS and Azure, would be an asset;
• You have general knowledge of security awareness and ITIL knowledge;
• You have general knowledge as well as experience with DR (Disaster Recovery);
• You have good written and verbal communication skills (French and English*); (*This is required since as part of this function, you will have to intervene with customers, partners and/or our American subsidiaries on a recurring basis, both orally and in writing.)
• You are comfortable and capable of evolving in a 24X7 production environment;
• This position requires availability outside regular business hours (pager rotation).
