You are an experienced Document Controller with a minimum of 2-5 years post-graduate experience looking for the next step or are currently undertaking a similar role in a similar environment.

  • Maintenir des enregistrements pr\xc3\xa9cis et opportuns (syst\xc3\xa8mes, bases de donn\xc3\xa9es, spread Sheets).

As a Document Controller, you will be involved in:
  • Providing key stakeholders, both internal and external, with accurate, quality and reliable documentation by controlling the additions and modifications of internal and external documents and records.
  • Facilitate the generation and maintenance of Document Registers and Transmittal Records as appropriate.
  • Provide a proactive and supportive approach for the creation, transmittal, research, and retrieval of documents, including distribution of incoming documents and the progressing/tracking of responses to these documents.
  • Handling of confidential documentation with appropriate care.
  • Maintain and update technical progress trackers.
  • Quality check documents to project/company standards.
  • Assisting with all aspects of administrative management and storage of data including use of electronic document management system.
  • Prepare management information reports & disseminate information using Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Maintain accurate & timely records (systems, databases, spreadsheets).
  • Work effectively with & maintain a strong relationship with key internal & external stakeholders.
  • Identify opportunities for improvements to procedures, processes, systems and documents.
  • Managing mailing or distribution lists as needed.
Qualifications

  • Excellentes aptitudes \xc3\xa0 la communication \xc3\xa9crite et orale
  • Bonne ma\xc3\xaetrise des chiffres, de la technologie et des plates-formes de donn\xc3\xa9es en ligne
Qualifications
  • 2-5 years of project coordinator, administration, document control
  • Basic familiarity with project management methodology
  • Hands-on experience with MS Office and MS Excel
  • Knowledge of Electronic Document Management Systems
  • Proficient typing and editing skills
  • Data organization skills
  • Attention to detail
  • Proven track record dealing with issues, proactively and in a timely fashion, along with the ability to communicate complex information to all stakeholders.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Good with numbers, technology, and web-based data platforms
