Large, well known organization based in Burnaby is looking to hire a temp Admin Assistant. This will be a 5 month temporary position until Dec 2023, with the possibility of extension.

Location - Burnaby, close to Metrotown

Salary - $26.34/hr

Primary duties will include:

  • Will be responsible for reviewing and filing soft copy documents in an electronic records management system, create hard copy files and perform hard copy filing.
  • Managing multiple requests for records support
  • Will be communicating with outside vendors
  • Work independently
  • Prepare excel and word documents to record and report on records project progress
Requirements:
  • Must have a minimum of 2 years\' professional administrative experience.
  • Strong administrative and people skills
  • Advanced MS Office skills including Word, Outlook and Excel
  • Ability to multi-task and take initiative
  • Strong organizational ability
  • Excellent communication skills - both verbal and written
  • Ability to schedule meetings in Outlook
  • Keen attention to detail
  • Strong organizational abilities
  • Experience in a fast-paced office environment
