**Job Overview:** We are seeking a detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will provide administrative support and ensure efficient office operations. **Responsibilities:** - Perform clerical tasks such as typing, filing, and data entry - Manage phone systems and direct calls to appropriate personnel - Assist with organizing and maintaining office records and documents - Support the team with scheduling appointments and meetings - Conduct proofreading and editing tasks for various documents - Utilize Google Suite for various administrative tasks - Experience in a medical or dental office setting is a plus **Qualifications:** - Proven experience as an Administrative Assistant or in a similar role - Proficiency in Google Suite and other office software - Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks efficiently - Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Familiarity with phone systems and general office equipment This position offers the opportunity to work in a dynamic office environment while utilizing your administrative skills to support the team effectively.
