\xc2\xb7 Provides administrative assistance to assigned academic and managerial staff of the Program; \xc2\xb7 Assists the Program Leader and Program Manager in their administrative duties; \xc2\xb7 Types from drafts, letters, correspondence, memos, forms, mass mailings; \xc2\xb7 Composes and translates letters and memos; \xc2\xb7 Answers, screens and relays telephone calls, takes messages and responds to general inquiries; \xc2\xb7 Processes incoming and outgoing mail and arranges for courier service; \xc2\xb7 Processes payment of invoices. Prepares and follows-up on payment requests, purchase order requests, and invoices; \xc2\xb7 Organizes and maintains an efficient and effective filing system; \xc2\xb7 Ensures the ordering and/or maintenance of all office supplies and equipment; \xc2\xb7 Ensures follow-up on any repairs of equipment and/or physical space. Requests and liaises for services with housekeeping, security, IT, technical services and telecom, under the direction of the Coordinator and assigned academic staff; \xc2\xb7 Advises the Program Manager of any unusual situations or issues; \xc2\xb7 Performs any other general office duties such as photocopying, scanning, receiving and sending faxes, etc. \xc2\xb7 Assists with the preparation of research presentation materials; \xc2\xb7 Books meeting rooms; \xc2\xb7 Proof reads and formats general grant and account related correspondence; \xc2\xb7 Prepares travel expense forms; \xc2\xb7 Maintains up-to-date academic CV\xe2\x80\x89; \xc2\xb7 Supports investigators in the preparation of grant registration and submission of grant applications; \xc2\xb7 Prepares supervisor-related materials for studentship and postdoctoral fellowship applications; \xc2\xb7 Online submission of manuscripts; \xc2\xb7 Reference formatting of manuscripts; Modifies formatting for specific journals; \xc2\xb7 Submission of abstracts; \xc2\xb7 Helps with the organization and planning of special events and staff functions; \xc2\xb7 Arranges for physical organization of furniture, rearranges as necessary along with staff moves or changes; Performs other office duties as per the immediate superior\xe2\x80\x99s request and/or delegate. Part-time hours: 15-35 per week Salary: $35,000.00-$60,000.00 per year Benefits:

Experience:
