Job Description

The Administrative Assistant, Fleet Maintenance and Operations is responsible for providing comprehensive administrative support to the Director, Transit Operations and to the Director, Fleet Maintenance. Working in a confidential mission-driven, results-focused, and community-oriented environment, the Administrative Assistant performs a variety of administrative tasks that aid in driving strategic and operational accountabilities. This role is pivotal in facilitating the smooth operation of the Transit Operations and Fleet Maintenance departments by managing administrative tasks, coordinating projects, and assisting in the implementation of customer service initiatives.
