OverviewAre you a lawyer with experience in administrative law, employment law, and/or human rights law? WorkSafeBC\xe2\x80\x99s Law and Policy division is seeking a lawyer with at least 3 years\xe2\x80\x99 call to conduct written hearings of prohibited action complaints filed under the Workers Compensation Act. You will review complaints filed by workers who consider that a prohibited action has been taken by an employer in retaliation for raising occupational health and safety concerns. You will evaluate evidence and submissions from parties and render a written decision on whether the complaint succeeds.
