Description du poste :
Nous sommes a la recherche d'un(e) adjoint(e) juridique ou parajuriste motive(e), organise(e) et fiable, qui souhaite mettre a profit son expertise en droit immobilier et plus particulierement en location commerciale, afin d'apporter un soutien essentiel a l'equipe legale. Il s'agit d'un poste polyvalent combinant des taches juridiques et administratives, au sein d'une equipe dynamique et bienveillante.
Responsabilites
:
Sous la supervision des membres de l'equipe legale, la personne retenue aura notamment a?:
Rediger, reviser et preparer des baux commerciaux, renouvellements, cessions, amendements et autres ententes liees a la location ;
Rediger des mises en demeure, avis de defaut, lettres diverses et assurer les suivis requis ;
Effectuer des recherches corporatives et foncieres (Registraire des entreprises, Registre foncier, Corporations Canada, etc.) ;
Mettre a jour et maintenir les bases de donnees, les systemes de suivi et les dossiers physiques et electroniques ;
Participer a la preparation de documents pour diverses transactions immobilieres ou corporatives ;
Proceder au depot des declarations annuelles aupres du Registre des entreprises et des rapports annuels aupres de Corporations Canada ;
Tenir a jour les livres de societes de l'organisation ;
Assister dans la gestion des echeanciers, rappels et suivis, notamment via Outlook ou d'autres outils internes ;
Effectuer diverses taches administratives, incluant la gestion documentaire, la correspondance, les envois et le classement ;
Collaborer etroitement avec les autres departements pour assurer la fluidite des processus internes ;
Accomplir toute autre tache connexe pour soutenir l'equipe legale.
Profil recherche
:
Diplome d'etudes collegiales en techniques juridiques ou formation pertinente dans le domaine du droit ;
Minimum de 5 a 6 annees d'experience en droit immobilier ou en location commerciale, en entreprise ou en etude notariale / cabinet juridique ;
Excellente maitrise du francais et de l'anglais (parle et ecrit) ;
Tres bonne capacite d'analyse, souci du detail, rigueur et esprit de synthese ;
Autonomie, proactivite et fiabilite dans la gestion des priorites et des echeanciers ;
Attitude professionnelle, sens du service, esprit d'equipe et adaptabilite ;
Maitrise des outils Microsoft 365 (Word, Excel, Outlook, SharePoint).

Position Overview:
We are seeking a motivated, organized, and reliable Legal Assistant or Paralegal with expertise in real estate law, particularly commercial leasing, to provide essential support to our Legal team. This is a versatile role that combines legal and administrative tasks within a dynamic and supportive team.
Responsibilities:
Reporting to the members of the Legal team, the successful candidate will:
Draft, review, and prepare commercial leases, renewals, assignments, amendments, and other leasing-related agreements;
Draft demand letters, notices of default, various correspondence, and ensure necessary follow-ups;
Conduct corporate and land registry searches (Registraire des entreprises, Land Register, Corporations Canada, etc.);
Update and maintain databases, tracking systems, and both physical and electronic files;
Assist in preparing documents for various real estate or corporate transactions;
File annual declarations with the Registraire des entreprises and annual returns with Corporations Canada;
Maintain the organization's corporate minute books;
Assist in managing deadlines, reminders, and follow-ups, using Outlook or other internal tools;
Perform various administrative tasks, including document management, correspondence, mailings, and filing;
Work closely with other departments to ensure smooth internal processes;
Perform any other related tasks to support the Legal team.
Profile Sought:
College diploma in Paralegal Studies or relevant legal training;
Minimum 5-6 years of experience in real estate law or commercial leasing, in a corporate setting or at a notary/law firm;
Excellent command of French and English (spoken and written);
Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, accuracy, and ability to synthesize information;
Autonomy, proactivity, and reliability in managing priorities and deadlines;
Professional demeanor, customer service mindset, team spirit, and adaptability;
Proficiency with Microsoft 365 tools (Word, Excel, Outlook, SharePoint).
