Responsabiliteso Offrir un service client exceptionnel a la reception (telephone et accueil)o Accueillir et recuperer les CV ou les candidatures des candidats, le cas echeanto Aider les candidats a remplir les documents d'integrationo Organiser les seances d'orientation des entrepreneurs pour aborder les avantages sociaux, la gestion des horaires, la paie et les informations sur les employeso Assurer le processus de verification prealable a l'embauche si necessaire et communiquer les resultats au bureauo Transmettre les documents d'integration au service des ressources humaineso Participer au programme d'indemnisation des accidents du travail, y compris la formation, le depot des demandes d'indemnisation et les taches legereso Participer aux audits du bureau et aux exigences de conformiteo Assurer un soutien administratif exceptionnel a tous les employes internes et externeso Commander, entretenir et organiser toutes les fournitures de bureau, gerer le courrier et les expeditions, classer et tenir a jour les documents administratifs et l'annuaire du bureauCompetenceso Excellentes competences en communication ecrite et orale et en relations interpersonnelleso Sens de l'action et du detail ; capacite a etablir des priorites tout en gerant plusieurs tacheso Excellente gestion du temps et concentration sur les echeances et les objectifso Etablissement de relations efficaces avec tous les partenaires internes, tant au niveau local que dans nos bureauxQualifications

  • 1 + year experience in a customer service-related position
  • Experience with Microsoft Office programs

The Administrative Assistant is responsible for ensuring our customers including contract employees, client managers and local sales teams receive superior customer service and administrative support.
Essential Functions:
  • Providing outstanding front office customer service (telephone and reception area)
  • Greet and hand out applications to all walk in contractors
  • Maintains drug testing/medical surveillance process (setting up employee for the clinic, logging and updating office report, email/communicating results to the office)
  • File and maintain all office paperwork
  • Maintaining adequate levels of Pre-Employment Packets
  • Assist with data entry of personal data updates, starts and finishes in PeopleSoft
  • Processing orientation paperwork to Human Resources Department
  • Timely processing of Tax Credit Forms and other state required forms
  • Maintaining outstanding levels of administrative support to all internal and external employees
  • Maintain and organize all office supplies
  • Enter and manage Background process and communicate results to the office
  • Delivers Contractor Orientations and verifies information for accuracy
  • Assists with office audits and compliance requirement s
Minimum Education/Abilities/Skills:
  • 1 + years of experience in a customer service related position
  • Ability to prioritize, organize, problem solve and meet deadlines and goals
  • Ability to communicate effectively and provide proper follow up
Special Requirements:
  • Computer experience with 35-45WPM and understanding of Microsoft Office Suite
