The Role

We are seeking a passionate Facilitator to lead therapeutic groups, support individuals in their recovery journey, and foster a positive healing environment. The ideal candidate will be dedicated to helping clients develop coping skills, resilience, and a sense of community.

Key Responsibilities

- Facilitate group therapy sessions, workshops, and educational programs

- Provide emotional support and guidance to individuals in treatment

- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to develop effective treatment plans

- Monitor client progress and report observations to clinical staff

- Ensure a safe, inclusive, and empowering environment for all clients

- Educate clients and families about addiction, recovery, and mental health

Qualifications & Skills

- Degree/diploma or certification in psychology, social work, counseling, or a related field

- Experience working in addiction treatment or mental health support

- Strong communication and facilitation skills

- Ability to build trust and rapport with clients

- Empathy, patience, and a genuine passion for helping others
