Job Summary
The Director of Operations will lead Silverpush's campaign delivery and ad operations function across North America and Europe. This role requires a strong combination of leadership, technical depth, and cross-functional partnership. You will oversee a team responsible for flawless campaign set up, execution and optimization, ensuring Silverpush delivers best-in-class performance and service to clients and agencies.
You'll be the organization's go-to expert on campaign delivery (specifically on DV360) and programmatic execution, while setting the strategic direction for operational excellence and upskilling a growing team.###
Key Responsibilities
Team Leadership & Development
Lead, mentor, and upskill a remote team of ad operations specialists
Foster a high-performance, solution-oriented culture focused on quality, efficiency, and innovation.
Establish clear processes, documentation, and best practices to scale campaign delivery across markets.
Campaign Excellence
Own end-to-end delivery for all digital campaigns, ensuring accuracy in trafficking, pacing, optimization, and reporting.
Oversee QA of all campaigns across YouTube, CTV, and display/video programmatic platforms.
Ensure campaign setup and measurement align with client KPIs and Silverpush's contextual targeting strategy.
Operational Strategy & Direction
Set the vision and operational roadmap for campaign delivery, workflow automation, and scalability.
Identify and implement tools, templates, and frameworks that improve efficiency and visibility into campaign health.
Partner with global teams to align regional delivery processes with companywide standards.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
Serve as the key operational partner toCustomer Success and Sales
Work closely with Product to refine targeting strategies, troubleshoot technical issues, and support innovation.
Represent Operations in client-facing discussions as the expert on technical issues and best practices.###
Qualifications
7+ years in digital media operations or programmatic campaign management, including 3+ years in a leadership role.
Deep expertise in DV360, GAM, YouTube, and the broader programmatic ecosystem (TTD, Xandr, etc) and buying models (PMP, PG, etc) including measurement opportunities (brand lift, attention studies, etc)
Strong understanding of trafficking, ad-serving, measurement, and verification tools (CM360, IAS, DoubleVerify, etc).
Proven ability to lead and develop teams, streamline workflows, and manage multiple campaigns and priorities simultaneously.
Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
Passion for innovation and continuous improvement in campaign execution.
