Duties

Perform acupuncture procedures using sterile needles with precision and care, ensuring patient comfort and safety. Monitor patient responses during treatments and adjust techniques as necessary to optimize outcomes. Educate patients on post-treatment care, lifestyle modifications, and holistic health practices. Maintain accurate and detailed patient records in compliance with healthcare regulations. Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to coordinate patient care strategies. Uphold strict hygiene and safety standards throughout all procedures to prevent infections or complications.

Requirements

Valid licensure or certification as an Acupuncturist in accordance with state regulations. Prior experience working in a hospital or clinical environment is preferred. Strong skills in patient care, demonstrating empathy, active listening, and professionalism. Knowledge of medical terminology relevant to holistic health practices and acupuncture treatments. Experience working with diverse patient populations, including those with complex health conditions. Ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary healthcare team. Excellent communication skills to explain treatment processes clearly and compassionately.
