Registered Acupuncturist / TCMP

to join our collaborative team.

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Acupuncturist to join our healthcare team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in patient care and a thorough understanding of medical terminology. This role involves providing acupuncture treatments to patients, assessing their needs, and developing individualized treatment plans to promote overall wellness.

Duties

Conduct comprehensive patient assessments to determine appropriate acupuncture treatments. Administer acupuncture therapy using sterile needles and maintain a safe and hygienic environment. Educate patients on the benefits of acupuncture and provide guidance on lifestyle changes that support their treatment goals. Document patient progress and treatment outcomes accurately in accordance with medical standards. Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure integrated patient care. Stay updated on advancements in acupuncture techniques and practices through continuous education.

Registered and in good standing with the

CTCMPAO

Holds valid

professional liability insurance

Strong communication and interpersonal skills Demonstrates empathy and excellence in patient care Motivated, collaborative, and passionate about holistic health Experience or interest in

pain management, fertility, or women's health

is an asset Herbal consultation and prescription knowledge is an asset New graduates are welcome to apply

Responsibilities

Provide acupuncture and Traditional Chinese Medicine treatments tailored to individual needs Conduct patient consultations, develop personalized treatment plans, and maintain accurate charting (JaneApp) Educate patients on lifestyle, herbal, and dietary recommendations as needed Collaborate with other practitioners in a

multidisciplinary care environment

Commission-based model 65/35 split Expected hours: 10-25 per week (part-time with potential to grow)
