Lustrous Aesthetic Clinic is seeking a

dedicated and compassionate Registered Massage Therapist (RMT)

to join our professional wellness team.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in therapeutic massage, patient care, and wellness practices. This position offers an excellent opportunity to provide high-quality treatments in a supportive, modern, and patient-centered environment.

Key Responsibilities

Conduct comprehensive patient assessments to identify treatment needs and goals. Provide a variety of massage therapy techniques to promote relaxation, pain relief, and overall wellness. Develop personalized treatment plans based on client conditions and preferences. Maintain accurate and confidential client documentation according to regulatory standards. Collaborate with aestheticians and other professionals to ensure integrated client care. Educate clients on aftercare, posture, and wellness recommendations. Follow all health, safety, and sanitation protocols.

Qualifications & Skills

Valid RMT license

from the College of Massage Therapists of British Columbia (CMTBC). Experience in a clinical, wellness, or aesthetic environment preferred. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Professional, caring, and client-focused attitude. Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.

Pay: $40.00-$70.00 per hour
