Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Acupuncturist to join our healthcare team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in patient care and be proficient in medical terminology. This role involves providing acupuncture treatments to patients, assessing their needs, and developing individualized treatment plans to promote healing and wellness.

Responsibilities

Conduct thorough assessments of patients' health conditions and medical histories. Develop personalized treatment plans based on patient evaluations and goals. Administer acupuncture treatments using sterile needles while ensuring patient comfort and safety. Educate patients on the benefits of acupuncture and provide guidance on lifestyle changes to enhance their treatment outcomes. Maintain accurate patient records, documenting treatment progress and any changes in health status. Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to provide comprehensive care for patients. Stay updated on the latest practices in acupuncture and holistic health to enhance service delivery.

Qualifications

Valid licensure as an Acupuncturist in accordance with state regulations. Previous hospital experience is preferred but not required. Strong understanding of medical terminology and its application in patient care. Excellent communication skills with a focus on building rapport with patients. Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team environment. A commitment to ongoing professional development and education in the field of acupuncture and alternative medicine.

Pay: $45,000.00-$70,000.00 per year
