Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Acupuncturist to join our healthcare team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in patient care and a thorough understanding of medical terminology. This role involves providing acupuncture treatments to patients, assessing their needs, and developing individualized treatment plans to promote healing and wellness. The Acupuncturist will work collaboratively with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care.

Responsibilities

Conduct thorough assessments of patients' health conditions and medical histories to determine appropriate acupuncture treatments. Develop personalized treatment plans based on individual patient needs and goals. Administer acupuncture treatments using sterile needles in accordance with safety protocols. Monitor patients' progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary to achieve optimal results. Educate patients about acupuncture, its benefits, and complementary wellness practices. Maintain accurate patient records, documenting treatments, progress, and any changes in health status. Collaborate with other healthcare providers to ensure integrated patient care. Stay current with advancements in acupuncture techniques and practices through ongoing education.

Qualifications

Valid state licensure as an Acupuncturist is required. Strong knowledge of medical terminology and its application in patient care. Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain complex concepts clearly to patients. Compassionate demeanor with a commitment to providing high-quality patient care.
