Wolf Willow Collective is a beauty and wellness hub in the heart of downtown Duncan, offering a range of services including acupuncture, cosmetic acupuncture, massage, medical aesthetics, facials, women's hormone support, naturopathic, laser, and more. We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Registered Acupuncturist (R.Ac.) to join our team. This role is ideal for someone passionate about Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM), cosmetic and/or medical acupuncture, and integrative wellness, who thrives in a collaborative and client-focused setting.

Responsibilities

Provide safe, effective, and client-centered acupuncture treatments. Offer both general TCM treatments (pain management, stress, fertility, digestive support, etc.) and/or cosmetic acupuncture services (facial rejuvenation, microneedling, gua sha, cupping, LED therapy, etc.), depending on training and interest. Conduct thorough client assessments, including health histories, treatment planning, and documentation in JaneApp. Collaborate with other practitioners and contribute to a supportive, team-based environment. Educate clients on treatment plans, wellness practices, and ongoing care recommendations. Uphold Wolf Willow Collective's standards of professionalism, integrity, and client care.
Qualifications

Registered and in good standing with the College of Traditional Chinese Medicine Practitioners and Acupuncturists of BC (CTCMA). Liability insurance coverage. Strong communication, professionalism, and client care skills. Interest or additional training in cosmetic acupuncture and TCM-based skincare (preferred but not required). Ability to work independently while contributing to a collaborative clinic culture.

Compensation

This is an independent contractor role. Competitive split will be discussed during the interview process.
