Job Overview

We are seeking a compassionate and knowledgeable Naturopath, Osteopath, Chiropractor, Registered Massage Therapist and or Acupuncturist to join our wellness team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in patient care and a thorough understanding of the wellness field, with experience working in a clinical setting being an asset. As a Naturopath, Osteopath, Chiropractor, Registered Massage Therapist and or Acupuncturist, you will play a crucial role in providing holistic care that emphasizes attentive, person centred and holistic approaches to healing. You will work closely with patients/clients to develop personalized treatment plans that incorporate natural therapies and lifestyle changes.

Responsibilities

Conduct comprehensive assessments of patients' health and background. Develop individualized treatment plans that may include recommendations, herbal remedies, and lifestyle modifications (when appropriate). Educate patients about natural health practices and preventive care (when appropriate). Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary. Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure integrated patient care. Maintain accurate patient records and documentation in compliance with medical standards. Stay current with advancements in naturopathic medicine/osteopath/RMT/chiropractor/acupuncturist and participate in ongoing professional development.

Qualifications

Doctor of Naturopathic Medicine (ND) degree from an accredited institution. Registered Massage Therapist license from an accredited institution. Qualified training to practice as a Osteopath in New Brunswick, Canada. Provisional acupuncture license in order to practice in New Brunswick. Licensed to practice Chiropractic care in New Brunswick. Valid provincial licensure to practice. Strong knowledge of medical terminology and patient care protocols where appropriate. Previous experience in a hospital or clinical setting could be an asset. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to educate patients effectively. Compassionate demeanor with a strong commitment to patient-centered care. Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team environment.

Pay: $40,638.48-$134,286.83 per year

Expected hours: 10 - 30 per week
