We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Acupuncturist to join our healthcare team. The ideal candidate will provide expert acupuncture treatments to promote healing and wellness for patients. Prior hospital experience and familiarity with medical terminology are highly valued, as they enhance the quality of patient interactions and treatment outcomes.
Responsibilities
Conduct comprehensive assessments of patients' health conditions and medical histories.
Develop and implement individualized acupuncture treatment plans tailored to each patient's needs.
Perform acupuncture procedures using sterile techniques, ensuring patient comfort and safety.
Monitor patient progress and adjust treatments accordingly to optimize results.
Educate patients on post-treatment care, lifestyle modifications, and wellness practices.
Maintain accurate and detailed documentation of all treatments administered.
Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to coordinate patient care when necessary.
Uphold strict adherence to safety protocols, hygiene standards, and regulatory guidelines.
Skills
Proven experience in a hospital or clinical setting with a focus on patient care.
Strong understanding of medical terminology relevant to acupuncture and holistic health practices.
Excellent communication skills to effectively educate and comfort patients.
Ability to assess patient needs accurately and develop effective treatment strategies.
