We are currently seeking a qualified and passionate
Acupuncture Instructor
to join our faculty team. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering high-quality instruction to students enrolled in our Traditional Chinese Medicine and Acupuncture programs.
Duties
Deliver theoretical and practical acupuncture courses in English
Prepare lesson plans, teaching materials, and assessments
Guide students in clinical training and provide professional feedback
Evaluate student performance and maintain academic records
Ensure instructional content aligns with provincial standards and exam requirements
Participate in curriculum development and academic meetings
Maintain a safe and professional classroom and clinic environment
Experience
Minimum
3 years of clinical and teaching experience
in acupuncture or Traditional Chinese Medicine
Licensed and in
good standing with the College of Traditional Chinese Medicine Practitioners and Acupuncturists of Ontario (CTCMPAO)
Proficient in
English instruction
and communication
In-depth understanding of
Ontario registration exam requirements
(TCMP or Acupuncture Exam)
Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills
Teaching certification is an asset, but not mandatory
