Job Description

Luther Court Society is looking for casual Activity Workers to work as part of a dynamic team in providing an active recreation program.

The Activity Worker assists with the planning, implementing and evaluation of activity programs for Luther Court clients. The Activity Worker carries out activity programs such as arts and crafts, sports, music, cooking, gardening and exercises as directed. Sets up and organizes furnishing and equipment for activity projects and teaches the techniques of related activities to clients.

Must have completed the Health Care Assistant course, as well as the Activity Worker certificate. Experience working with elders is preferred.
