What you\xe2\x80\x99ll do

As a member of the Identity and Access Management (IAM) team, you will help solve challenging cybersecurity problems related to logical access governance, provisioning, authentication, and reporting across the Canadian Tire Enterprise. You will be participating in meaningful and transformational projects that will shape the future of Identity within the organization.

  • Manage Active Directory (AD), ADFS, Azure AD / Connect services
  • Design, implement, and manage Active Directory DC designs, schemas, OU structures, naming conventions, replication topology, and DC backup/restore procedures
  • Perform Active Directory services administration including design, cleanup and routine maintenance and configuration
  • Implement security best practices, hardening of AD windows servers, deployment of enterprise certificates on AD service infrastructure
  • Design, develop and maintain solution architecture and standard operating procedure documentation, architecture diagrams, guides, and reports
  • Work collaboratively as a member of a team to gather and analyze requirements and architect strategies & technical solutions to support these needs
  • Contribute innovation and challenge the status quo
What you bring
  • 3+ years of experience in IT infrastructure / Active Directory administration
  • Bachelor\'s / Master\xe2\x80\x99s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Cybersecurity, or relevant field
  • Very strong working knowledge of Microsoft Active Directory (AD)
  • Experience with Infoblox DDI, Azure AD Connect, and ADFS (required), Microsoft Azure AD Single Sign On, MFA, Conditional Access, Okta (Bonus)
  • Experience with Defender for Identity, Azure AD Password Protection
  • Hands-on experience in scripting tools as such as PowerShell
  • Knowledge of Identity & Access Management, authentication, and authorization
  • Have a love of all things security. Complex systems and software are where your brain thrives
  • Azure certifications are a bonus
