Activation Specialist, Branded Content & Integrations - National, Audio Brands

If you have a background in partnerships, radio promotions, podcasting, marketing or you\'re looking to jumpstart your career in the field, this role could be for you!

In this role you\'ll be responsible for executing branded content & integration campaigns across RSM Audio Brands that our audience and clients love! The Activation Specialist is responsible for briefing cross-functional teams on campaigns, and ensuring all tactics are delivered and launch on time and within the expectations of our partners.

What you will do:

  • Work collaboratively with other team members within RSM to establish a positive solution-focused environment
  • Provide input on strategy in pitch decks in collaboration with Branded Content Manager, Content Lead and Revenue Leads
  • Help determine project priorities and timelines, manage workflows and assist in delivery of content assets
  • Strive for flawless campaign execution, surpassing expectations and ensuring all tactics are delivered and launch on time and hit all partner objectives
  • Through post-mortem reviews, identify areas of improvement based on performance metrics and building audience through integrated content experiences
  • Be accountable for a list of active campaigns, coordinating briefs, providing post-campaign insights and maintaining internal project management platforms and trackers
  • Maintain a repository for all completed campaigns
  • Establish strong internal relationships within Revenue, Content, Creative, Digital Product, and Ad Operations
  • Other duties as assigned by the Branded Content Manager
What you will bring:
  • Self-motivated, team player with a passion for media and content, driven by natural curiosity and an enthusiastic approach towards testing new ideas
  • A love for people and building strong, trusted relationships
  • The ability to coordinate strategy & execution of campaigns with multiple internal and external stakeholders
  • A growing understanding of media consumption trends, behaviours, branded storytelling, audio ad formats and the competitive landscape
  • Understanding of all social media platforms and best use
  • Creativity, flexibility, and an ability to manage time and reset priorities in a dynamic environment
  • Highly detail oriented with exceptional analytical and organizational skills
  • A solutions mindset and a flair for creative problem solving
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to work well under minimal supervision in a fast-paced environment
  • Real world content and contest creation experience is an asset
  • Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Word, Power Point, Excel, Photoshop, Premiere Pro, WordPress and Monday.com
  • Must be willing to work flexible hours
  • Must hold a valid CLASS 5 driver\'s licence and provide driver\'s abstract
