Overview


We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical

Analyst

to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will possess strong research and analysis skills, with a solid background in financial services, investment, or related fields. This role involves leveraging advanced data visualization tools, ERP systems, and accounting software to support strategic decision-making and operational efficiency. Bilingual proficiency in French is a plus, along with excellent communication skills. The Analyst will play a critical role in providing actionable insights through business intelligence and data analysis, contributing to continuous improvement initiatives across the organization.

Responsibilities



Conduct comprehensive research and analysis to support investment decisions and financial planning. Develop and maintain dashboards and reports using

Tableau

,

Power BI

, and other data visualization tools. Manage and analyze data within various ERP systems such as

SAP

,

Oracle

,

NetSuite

,

Microsoft Dynamics GP

, and

Hyperion

. Utilize

SQL

,

Microsoft Access

, and other database tools to extract, manipulate, and analyze large datasets. Prepare detailed reports using

Microsoft Excel

,

Word

,

PowerPoint

, and other Microsoft Office applications. Perform auditing procedures to ensure data accuracy and compliance with organizational standards. Support budgeting processes, financial analysis, and forecasting activities. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement continuous improvement initiatives. Assist in the development of business intelligence solutions that enhance operational efficiency. Communicate complex findings clearly to stakeholders at all levels, including non-technical audiences. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends, including investment strategies, financial regulations, and emerging technologies.

Qualifications



Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Data Science, or related field; Master's degree preferred. Proven experience with

ERP systems

such as SAP, Oracle, NetSuite, or Microsoft Dynamics GP. Strong proficiency in

SQL

,

VBA

,

Microsoft Excel

, and other Microsoft Office tools; experience with

Microsoft Power BI

and

Tableau

is highly desirable. Knowledge of accounting software (

Hyperion

, etc.) and databases is essential. Familiarity with financial analysis, auditing procedures, budgeting, and investment processes within the financial services or investment banking sectors. Bilingual abilities in

French

are a plus; excellent communication skills are required for effective stakeholder engagement. Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets and generate actionable insights. Experience working with business intelligence tools and data visualization platforms such as Power BI or Tableau. Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a fast-paced environment; attention to detail is critical. Pay: $85,000.00-$110,000.00 per year
