About the Role
We're looking for a
motivated and experienced Acquisition Sales Representative
to join our team. This is a great opportunity for someone with a strong background in
B2B sales
who's passionate about helping local businesses grow through modern marketing solutions in a very competitive industry.
This position offers a
base salary plus commission
with
uncapped earning potential
for the right candidate.
What You'll Do
Generate new business opportunities through networking, outreach, and relationship building.
Identify client goals, budgets, and marketing needs to develop tailored strategies.
Present and sell customized digital marketing solutions that drive measurable results.
Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients.
Work closely with our internal team to ensure all deliverables meet client expectations.
Consistently meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Provide regular reporting and updates on client campaigns and performance.
What We're Looking For
Post-secondary education in Business, Marketing, or a related field (or equivalent experience) preferred.
2+ years of B2B sales experience
, ideally in digital marketing, media, or advertising.
A solid understanding of digital marketing services (SEO, SEM, websites, social media, etc.) an asset, however, full training will be provided for successful candidate.
Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
Highly organized, self-motivated, and able to manage multiple priorities.
Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM software.
A confident "hunter" mentality with no fear of cold outreach.
A valid driver's license and reliable vehicle (required).
