We are a growing and dynamic company working on a variety of projects including tall building developments, healthcare, educational and industrial facilities, as well as transportation (capital woks) projects.

Position Overview



Gradient Wind is seeking a talented and passionate individual to join its acoustics engineering group as an intermediate or senior engineer or scientist.

The role of the engineer / scientist includes, but is not limited to, the following responsibilities:

Provide engineering acoustic expertise through all stages of a project. This includes engineering work as well as report preparation. Examples of typical studies a successful candidate would be responsible for:
- Noise assessments relating to transportation or stationary equipment

- Building acoustics (architectural and mechanical)

- Room acoustics assessments

Communicate with clients as directed by the project manager or supervisor. Knowledgeable or expert in the science and engineering of noise, building acoustics, vibrations for both direct project-related experience and independent research. Familiar with relevant regulation, guidelines and building codes. Conduct field measurements. Work in a diligent and conscientious manner to advance the company profile and reputation. Work as required to meet deadlines required by projects.

Skills & Qualifications



The ideal candidate will have the followings skills and qualifications:

Bachelor of Engineering in Mechanical, Civil, Acoustics or Architecture. High level of proficiency with Word, Excel, and AutoCAD. Ability to understand, interpret, and manipulate architectural and mechanical drawings. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision. Excellent attention to detail with a high level of accuracy. Demonstrates initiative, motivation, and independent problem-solving skills. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to work well in a team environment towards tight deadlines. Capable of performing modest physical labour related to field work.
