Job Summary

The ACM Fabricator (Aluminum Composite Material Fabricator) is responsible for fabricating aluminum composite panels. This includes tasks like reading blueprints, cutting, bending, and assembling ACM panels. This role is also responsible for quality control, troubleshooting issues, and working with other members of the production team to meet company goals. You will also be responsible for taking up a variety of supporting tasks in a safe and efficient manner with a focus on producing a finished product of superior quality. Excellent time management skills, good communication and teamwork is essential as all tasks will require close collaboration with co-workers to ensure production procedures are carried out efficiently.

Duties and Responsibilities:

You shall perform the duties and responsibilities of the ACM Fabricator as required by the Company and determined by your reporting manager, President and/or delegate of the Company. Your duties and responsibilities may change from time-to-time as prescribed by the Company during the period of your employment and will include, but not be limited to:

Fabricate and assemble metal structures and equipment according to blueprints and specifications Use hand tools, power/pneumatic tools, and machinery to cut, shape, and smooth metal components Read and interpret schematics, drawings, and diagrams to determine project requirements Measure and inspect finished products using precision tools such as micrometers and protractors Ensure finished products are packed and secured. Perform routine maintenance on equipment and tools Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean work area Perform other related duties and responsibilities to meet the ongoing needs of the organization including, but not limited to, assisting the Metal Trim Production Line during ACM Production downtime.

Requirements/Skills:

Proven experience as an ACM Fabricator or relevant role Familiarity with company policies and legal guidelines of the field Ability to learn a variety of job descriptions Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
