As a buyer, you have a good knowledge of your products, and you purchase parts for your product lines (electrical, mechanical, non-production) from distributors, manufacturers, and all other approved sources.

As a buyer, your key responsibilities include:

Determine which parts need to be purchased and negotiate the best offers with suppliers Analyze bids and make decisions based on the total cost of ownership Place orders in the ERP system and ensure receipt of the supplier's order acknowledgment Manage orders by ensuring suppliers meet their commitments, and help identify solutions when they cannot Oversee and resolve issues related to payments

To excel in this role, you should have

A college diploma or equivalent A minimum of three (3) years of experience in supply chain Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel Fluency in French and English. Working in an international market, the candidate must have excellent written and verbal communication skills in English:
