ABOUT THIS ROLE:
Develop and implement strategies with the sales representative to retain and nurture relationships with existing customers.
Schedule monthly performance reviews with existing clients. Analyze using Cars Commerce dealer performance reports, dashboards and benchmarks.
Manage complaints on AccuTrade products and follow up with customers.
Participate in the Cars Commerce escalation process for AccuTrade products when customers feel/need to get a support request prioritized or when they feel SLA is not met.
Act as a trusted advisor to customers, offering AccuTrade service that align with their business implementation.
Define and track KPIs to assess the effectiveness of the AccuTrade customer engagement with the product.
Understand the competition.
Build and maintain strong, long-term customer relationships through regular communication and exceptional customer service.
Develop strategic plans to promote AccuTrade service, increase market share, and achieve sales targets.
Nurture prospects and facilitate the proposal process.
Participate in AccuTrade delivery.
Update sales CRM every day, participate in a weekly session with the sales director and participate in AccuTrade product sessions.
ABOUT YOU:
5+ years in media and industry relations with strong existing relationships within the automotive category with proven success in managing industry relations working with executive leadership teams
Experience in direct sales within the automotive industry
Proven experience in managing major accounts
Previous experience as a sales representative or in a sales management position.
In-depth knowledge of current automotive business buy and sales processes.
Ability to work cross-functionally and align teams to work towards common goals
Ability to develop and maintain long-term customer relationships.
Excellent communication and presentation skills for effective product demonstrations.
Proven closing skills and objection handling.
Excellent time management and the ability to prioritize tasks.
A valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
Availability to travel as needed to meet with clients or attend auto shows or any events..

Comprendre la concurrence.
Construire et maintenir des relations solides et durables avec les clients grace a une communication reguliere et un service a la clientele exceptionnel.
Developper des plans strategiques pour promouvoir les services AccuTrade, accroitre la part de marche et atteindre les objectifs de ventes.
Developper les prospects et faciliter le processus de proposition.
Participer a la livraison des solutions AccuTrade.
Mettre a jour le CRM des ventes quotidiennement, participer a une rencontre hebdomadaire avec le directeur des ventes et assister aux sessions produit AccuTrade.
Profil recherche : qualifications essentielles
5+ ans d'experience en relations medias et industrielles, avec un solide reseau de contacts dans le secteur automobile et des reussites eprouvees en gestion des relations avec l'industrie et la haute direction.
Experience en vente directe dans l'industrie automobile.
Experience confirmee en gestion de comptes majeurs.
Experience anterieure en tant que representant des ventes ou gestionnaire des ventes.
Connaissance approfondie des processus actuels d'achat et de vente dans l'automobile.
Capacite a travailler de maniere transversale et a aligner les equipes vers des objectifs communs.
Aptitude a developper et maintenir des relations clients a long terme.
Excellentes competences en communication et en presentation pour des demonstrations de produits efficaces.
Habilete confirmee a conclure des ventes et a gerer les objections.
Excellente gestion du temps et capacite a prioriser les taches.
Permis de conduire valide et dossier de conduite vierge.
