o Familiarity with Quickbooks or other accounting softwares. Should be able to create and manage customer and vendor files in Quickbooks.
o Creating invoices based on Purchase Order or Sales Confirmation
o Entering bills
o Manage accounts receivable / collection by sending statements and following up on payments
o Be familiar with accounts reconciliations and filings
o Develop and maintain excel reports including Sales report, Commission payable, Payroll, etc
o Organise and maintain filing system
Administration
o Manage visitors and calls
o Book courier, express service as needed
o Order or purchase office supplies as needed
o Assist with e-commerce orders including label creation and shipment
o Assist in ad hoc projects
Sales and Marketing
o Assist with product catalog updates
o Other minor sales and marketing tasks
Qualification:
2 years of work experience as an accounting assistant or accounting clerk. Knowledge of bookkeeping procedures. Familiarity with basic finance regulations. Good math skills and attention to detail. Proficient in MS Office applications, especially MS Excel & Powerpoint. Familiar with QuickBooks online or desktop. BSc/Ba in accounting, finance, or relevant field.
The ideal candidate needs to equip strong problem-solving skills, be able to work under pressure and tight deadline, the ability of multi-tasking, excellent organization skill, and strong communication skills. Language skills: Fluent in English. Knowledge of Mandarin would be an asset.
