POSITION SUMMARY:
The Accounts Receivables Analyst is responsible for managing, analyzing, and optimizing the company's receivables to ensure timely collections, accurate reporting, and support in providing insights for decision-making. This role combines managing operational claims - mainly logistics related issues- and leading the cycle of dispute resolution by proactive collaboration with customers and internal departments. The Accounts Receivables Analyst also performs data-driven analysis to support cash flow health and process improvements.
PRINCIPAL RESPONSIBILITIES:
Validate and reconcile operational claims/disputes in association with regular operation and logistics.
Analyzes issues and leads the resolution process in a timely manner by active collaboration with customers and internal stakeholders such as SCM.
Prepare reporting by analyzing data sets to identify trends and potential risks.
Conduct trend analysis on return behaviors to forecast cash inflows and identify customer patterns.
Maintain accurate records of all collection activities in the ERP system.
Ensure compliance with company policies, accounting standards, and relevant regulations.
Identify opportunities for process improvement, automation, and data management.
Additional duties as assigned.
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES:
Bachelor's degree in accounting, Finance, SCM or related field
2+ years of experience in accounts receivable, logistics or financial analytics
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, strong ownership, and commitment to resolve issues
Proficiency in ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, etc.) and advanced MS Excel skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Detail-oriented with strong organizational abilities
Key Competencies:
Data-driven and flexible approach to collections and dispute resolution
Ability to translate financial data into actionable business insights
High level of integrity and confidentiality
