Job Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized individual to join our small finance team at our Carp Airport location. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing client billings, maintaining accurate financial records, and ensuring timely collection of outstanding invoices.
Duties include:
Coordination of all client billings and monitoring of related collections
Completion of bank reconciliations
Processing of government remittances
Accounts Payable support as needed
Other administrative projects as required
Requirements
Diploma/degree in accounting
Proven experience in accounts receivable, bookkeeping, or related financial roles
Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel)
Familiarity with account reconciliation and bank reconciliation
Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
Strong communication skills for effective collaboration with team members and clients
Experience with Sage accounting software would be considered an asset, but is not required
