Accounts Receivable Clerk



As the Accounts Receivable Clerk you will be responsible for optimizing the accounts receivable process. This includes accurately recording financial transactions and ensuring the timely collection of outstanding receivables.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:

Post payments accurately and efficiently Monitor accounts receivable reports and follow up on past-due accounts Maintain accurate records of all transactions and correspondence. Resolve accounting discrepancies Generating and distributing statements/reports Maintain vendor files Prepare payments for signature

QUALIFICATIONS:



Accounting Diploma - Bachelor's Degree Experience in accounts receivable Attention to detail and accuracy Ability to work independently with limited need for direction or supervision Above average communications skills required (both written & verbal) Excellent organizational skills, ability to multi-task Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and Word Office experience an asset Type at least 40 wpm

Pay: $43,000.00-$50,000.00 per year
