The Accounts Receivable Clerk is responsible for covering a wide variety of clerical office duties, in support of company administration. This includes processing and posting payments, recording transactions, preparing account statements and communicating with condominium owners by writing or by phone. The successful candidate will have proficiency with Microsoft Office, possess strong interpersonal skills, be capable of handling high work volumes with accuracy during peak periods, and have excellent customer service.

Communicating with clients to collect on outstanding arrears
Preparation of arrears notices
Deposit preparation & cash handling
Account reconciliations
Data entry
Basic filing & office duties

Experience
College diploma in accounting, or related discipline
Minimum 2 years in a related role
Preference given to experience in residential or commercial property management
Bilingual is an asset, but is not necessary
