is a Canadian Aerospace and Defense Manufacturing Company.We are looking for
Accounts Receivable
person to join our Accounting Department.RESPONSIBILITIES
Track and monitor outstanding invoices and past due accounts. Efficiently resolve any problems prior to raising and issue of invoice. Initiate communication with customers to resolve past-due account balances. Perform collection via phone or email in a professional manner. Identify high-risk accounts and notify management. Prepare Weekly Accounts Receivable Report.
REQUIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
1-3 years of North American accounting experience and diploma
.Control goods compliant.
Advanced Excel skills required,
proficient in the Microsoft Office.Excellent communication skills (verbal, written).
