Job Title: Accounts Receivable / Parts Coordinator (1-Year Contract)

Position Overview:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Accounts Receivable / Parts Coordinator to join our team on a 1-year contract. This role will support the accounting department with receivables management while assisting the parts department with coordination and administration.

Key Responsibilities:

Process and record accounts receivable transactions, including posting payments and reconciling customer accounts Generate invoices, statements, and follow up on outstanding balances Assist with daily cash reconciliation Provide administrative support to the Parts Department, including order processing, inventory updates, and vendor communication Coordinate between departments to ensure accuracy in billing and parts records Maintain accurate filing systems and documentation for both accounting and parts Assist with month-end reporting and other projects as required
Qualifications:

Previous experience in accounts receivable, accounting, or bookkeeping (automotive dealership experience considered an asset) Strong organizational skills with attention to accuracy and detail Experience with PBS/other dealership software is an asset Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment High level of professionalism and a team-oriented mindset
