KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Confirming customer packing slips Making Collection Calls Daily Sales Reconciliation Posting daily sales Entering cheques Provide account related support at POS level Month closings according to deadline Work Schedule Tuesday to Saturday

REQUIREMENTS

Must be able to work Tuesday to Saturday from 9:30 am to 6:00 pm Minimum 1 year of experience in accounts receivable role Accounting diploma or degree would be an asset Excellent communication skills Able to multi-task with a high level of attention to detail Great time management and self-regulation -able to access and resource effectively by planning and scheduling competing priorities Must be self-motivated and able to work with minimal supervision Bilingual (English/French) preferable
