What Would You Do?

The Accounts Receivable Administrator is responsible for posting and reconciling daily payments received by cheque, lockbox, credit card, wire transfer, electronic transfer, and ACH.

The key duties and responsibilities of this position would include:

• Posting deposits and claims
• Processing credit card payments and authorizations
• Working through bank statements to reconcile and post payments
• Maintenance of lodgement sheets
• Monthly reconciliations required for month-end processes

What Do You Bring?

• High School Diploma required, post- secondary education an asset.
• 1-year Accounts Receivable experience
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Strong organizational skills
• General accounting knowledge regarding payment application
• Ability to work in a team-oriented environment
• Excellent attention to detail with proven problem-solving skills
• Experience in AS400 an asset
